Colored Pencils
stippling - Stippling involves placing lots of tiny dots on your paper. The dots can be close together, far apart, or anywhere in between! Practice stippling by drawing dots that are close together and also by drawing dots that have more distance between them.
Colored pencils consist of a wooden shaft that is filled with colored pigment. This pigment is held together by a binder, that when spread over a surface, transfers color. Colored pencils, as a medium, are a popular choice for many artists. This is partly because they are so widely available, portable, and relatively inexpensive.

He was widely known as the creator and host of The Joy of Painting , an instructional television program that aired from 1983 to 1994 on PBS in the United States, and also aired in Canada, Latin America and Europe.

I have been asked to reveiw Spectrm Noir colore pencils by Crafter's Companion more than any other product. They are an inexpensive line of colored pencils said to rival the best brands of artist quality pencils. I put them to the test against Faber Castell Polychomos pencils, Prismacolor colored pencils, Derwent Coloursoft and Derwent studio pencils as well as the inexpensive Koh-i-noor pencils.
